The staff was sweet and the place was clean. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. The room was unique with the balcony. We ate at the hotel's casual restaurant, appreciated it.

We had a really good stay here. We booked an apartment, nonetheless the views appeared to be not very nice. It was warm and had comfortable beds. Location close to Britomart, bars, buses.
They served fairly basic breakfast, it can be far better.

Historic location and tidy place, I liked super staff. Perfect pastries and cheese supplied. Plus, it was just next door to - bars and port. Friendly check in & the service was FLAWLESS.

Tidy and cosy place with wonderful staff. They made my stay good. The shops and a supermarket were right next door. Plus I reached viaduct harbour in 10 minutes by foot.
